Key Benefits
Why Choose Matrix?
Matrix provides water-glycol filtration solutions designed for contamination control in hydraulic systems using water-glycol fluids.
Advanced Water-Glycol Filtration & Cleaning System
The Matrix Water-Glycol Filtration Machine is designed to remove solid particulate contaminants from water-glycol hydraulic fluids and maintain fluid cleanliness.
Contamination in water-glycol fluids can affect hydraulic system performance and contribute to wear of pumps, valves and other critical components. Effective filtration helps control particulate contamination and maintain cleaner fluid for improved system reliability.
How Does Our Advanced In-Depth Filtration Technology Work?
The Matrix Water-Glycol Filtration Machine uses suitable filtration media to remove solid particulate contaminants from water-glycol hydraulic fluid.
The contaminated fluid passes through the filtration system, where particles and suspended contaminants are captured by the filter media. The filtered fluid is then returned to the hydraulic reservoir.
Because water-glycol is itself a water-containing hydraulic fluid, the primary objective of filtration is particulate contamination control, rather than water removal.
Fluid Cleanliness & Contamination Control
Maintaining fluid cleanliness is important for protecting pumps, valves and other hydraulic components.
The Matrix filtration system helps control solid particulate contamination in water-glycol fluids. Where applicable, cleanliness can be evaluated using suitable industry standards and fluid-specific contamination control methods, including NAS 1638 or ISO 4406, where these standards are appropriate for the specific application.
Fluid Viscosity & Filtration Compatibility
The system can be configured according to the viscosity and formulation of the water-glycol fluid.
Typical viscosity range: To be confirmed based on the specific water-glycol formulation and operating temperature.
