The Matrix system combines magnetic filtration and advanced in-depth filtration technology to help maintain cleaner cutting oil, improve fluid management, protect equipment and extend cutting oil service life.

How Does Our Advanced In-Depth & Magnetic Filtration Technology Work?
The Matrix Neat Cutting Oil Filtration Machine combines magnetic separation with multi-layer, in-depth filtration to provide effective contamination control for metalworking fluids.
Contaminated cutting oil first passes through the magnetic filtration stage, where ferrous metal particles, iron fines and magnetic machining debris are captured.
The oil then passes through high-performance filtration media, which captures fine non-magnetic particles, suspended contaminants, sludge and other solid impurities throughout the depth of the filter media.
This combination of magnetic filtration and in-depth filtration helps maintain cleaner cutting oil, reduce the circulation of abrasive metal particles and support improved fluid management during machining operations.

Oil Cleanliness & Contamination Control
Effective contamination control is important for maintaining cutting oil performance and reducing the circulation of abrasive metal particles.

Where applicable, oil cleanliness can be assessed using recognised cleanliness classification methods such as NAS 1638 and ISO 4406, depending on the fluid and application requirements.
