Key Benefits
Why Choose Matrix?
Matrix provides lube oil filtration solutions combining magnetic and advanced in-depth filtration technologies to help industries maintain cleaner lubricating oil, protect critical equipment and improve lubrication system reliability.
Advanced Lube Oil Filtration & Cleaning System
The Matrix Lube Oil Filtration Machine is designed to remove fine particles, ferrous wear debris, sludge and other contaminants from lubricating oil. By combining magnetic filtration and advanced in-depth filtration technology, the system helps maintain cleaner lube oil, protect critical lubrication components and extend oil service life.
Lubricating oil can accumulate metal wear particles, carbon, sludge and other contaminants during equipment operation. Effective offline filtration helps control contamination, reduce wear and support reliable lubrication system performance.
How Does Our Advanced In-Depth & Magnetic Filtration Technology Work?
The Matrix Lube Oil Filtration Machine combines magnetic separation and multi-layer, in-depth filtration to provide comprehensive oil contamination control.
Contaminated lubricating oil passes through the magnetic filtration stage, which helps capture ferrous particles, iron fines and magnetic wear debris generated through equipment operation.
The oil then passes through high-performance cellulose filter media, where fine non-magnetic particles, carbon, sludge, wear debris and other suspended contaminants are captured throughout the depth of the filtration media.
Depending on the filtration configuration, the filter media can also help absorb free and dissolved moisture from the oil.
This combination of magnetic filtration and in-depth filtration helps maintain cleaner lube oil, reduce contamination-related wear and protect critical lubrication components.
Oil Cleanliness & Contamination Control
Effective contamination control is essential for maintaining lubricating oil performance and protecting critical equipment. The Matrix filtration system helps remove particulate contaminants and maintain cleaner oil.
The system is designed to support NAS 1638 Class 6 levels of filtration, depending on oil condition and operating parameters. ISO 4406 is also widely used internationally to classify particulate cleanliness in hydraulic and lubrication fluids
Oil Viscosity & Filtration Compatibility
The system can be configured for a wide range of lubricating oils and viscosity grades.
Typical viscosity range: 10–420 CST, subject to oil type, system configuration and operating conditions.
