Matrix Coolant Sump Cleaner – High-Efficiency Coolant Tank Cleaning System

The Matrix In-Line Coolant Sump Cleaner is designed to efficiently clean water-based coolant tanks in industrial machines, ensuring optimal machine tool life and reducing contamination-related wear. Since manually cleaning multiple coolant tanks within a specific timeframe is impractical, this automated sump cleaner enhances productivity, accuracy, and consistency across various machining operations

The Matrix Coolant Sump Cleaner operates using Vacuum Suction Technology, delivering fast and efficient removal of contaminated coolant, dust, swarf, and solid impurities.

A Vacuum Suction Blower creates negative pressure inside the coolant tank, drawing in contaminated fluid and solid particles.
The fluid passes through an in-built Filter Bag System & Strainer, separating solid waste from coolant.
Clean coolant flows into the tank, while filtered contaminants remain trapped inside the filter bag.
A Discharge Pump then refills the cleaned coolant back into the machine tank under optimal pressure.

This automated filtration process prevents fluid degradation, extending coolant life while maintaining machine efficiency.
